Virtual Assistant Position - part time

Looking for a part-time cold caller to call homeowners off Excel spreadsheet, qualify leads, set up phone appointments and enter data in Podio. Calls must be made during business hours New York time.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in speaking English
Must be proficient in Excel or Google Docs/Sheets
Must have prior call center or cold calling experience
Prior work in Real Estate a plus
Knowledge of Podio a plus (will train)
Knowledge of using auto-dialers i.e. Mojodialer etc.

Rate & Hours:

The pay is $300 USD per month; 20 hours per week
Must be able to make calls during EST business hours
Will negotiate extra pay if able to work Saturday or Sunday hours (as needed)
Team bonuses correlating with closings

Virtual Assistant Position - full-time (January 2021)

We’re looking for someone who can commit 40 hours per week.

Pay is $725/mo. Hours Monday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 6pm

Our assistant will need to perform the following tasks:

  • getting through emails every morning, filtering them, responding to inquiries, sending follow-up emails to home buyers, and handling other back and forth emailing,
  • sending direct mail leads to Marketing Director
  • making and answering phone calls (including the ones irrelevant to your business), diverting them when needed,
  • communicating with agents, receiving and screening calls from buyers or sellers,
  • taking messages for you, noting down the important facts,
  • managing work calendar, setting up meetings, rescheduling appointments,
  • gathering and organizing all the paperwork, filing documents,
  • sending contracts to our attorney,
  • entering data into Excel spreadsheets and podio and organizing them,
  • creating business files, curating and updating the data in them,
  • generating leads and converting prospects into customers

Requirements:

  • Command of the English Language
  • Significant outbound calling experience
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Podio (will cross train)
  • Mojo (or other preferred) dialer
  • Time tracking software – toggl
